PUNTURE REPAIR
Deflated tyres , which can cause the rim of the wheel to ride on the tire tread or the ground potentially resulting in loss of control of the vehicle or irreparable damage to the tyre. The most common cause of a flat tyre is puncturing of the tyre by a sharp object, such as a nail , letting air escape. Depending on the size of the puncture, the tyre may deflate slowly or rapidly thats where we can help with our specialist team.
BALLANCING
Tyre balance, also referred to as tyre unbalance or imbalance, describes the distribution of mass within an automobile tyre or the entire wheel to which it is attached.
When the wheel rotates, asymmetries of mass may cause it to hop or wobble, which can cause ride disturbances, usually vertical and lateral vibrations. It can also result in a wobbling of the steering wheel or of the entire vehicle. The ride disturbance, due to unbalance, usually increases with speed. Better safe than sorry pop in & we can give them a check.
CHANGEOVERS
In manufacturing, changeover is theprocess of converting a line or machine from running one product to another. Changeover times can last from a few minutes to as much as several weeks in the case of automoblie manufacturers retooling for new models thats where we can help with our specialist team.
